How long does shipping take within the UK?
We offer several shipping options including Standard Delivery (2-4 working days) and Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2 PM GMT, Monday through Friday.

Yes, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt, provided the wig is in its original condition, unworn, and the hygiene tags remain intact and attached.
Are your synthetic wigs heat-resistant?
Many of our high-quality synthetic wigs are heat-resistant up to 150°C. Please check the specific product description for the 'Heat Friendly' icon before applying styling tools.
How do I choose the right wig cap size?
Most of our wigs feature an adjustable 'one size fits most' cap with internal straps that can be tightened or loosened to fit your head circumference securely.
