At Annabelle's Wigs UK, we want you to love your new look; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your unworn hairpiece in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Due to hygiene regulations, items must remain in their original net and have all tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of delivery.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the wig back in its original protective netting and box, ensuring the security seal is unbroken and all accessories are included.
Ship the Item
Affix your return label to the outer packaging and drop it off at any local post office; we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the item is in its original, unworn condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
